Each wool pillow is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses at our Devon workshops and placed into reusable packaging.

Next Day Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.00.
Delivery for orders less than £50.00 is £5.95.
We aim to dispatch as below however, as each and every one of our filled bedding products is individually handcrafted here in our Devon workshops, there may be a small delay during times of high demand.
Monday to Thursday – Orders received before 3.00pm will be dispatched with free next day delivery.
Friday – Orders received before 11.00am will be dispatched with free Saturday delivery.
Saturday and Sunday – Any orders received will be dispatched on Monday.
Bank Holidays – Any orders received will be dispatched the next working day.
We are a small family business that individually handcrafts each and every one of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers. All the materials used are 100% natural and we do not use bonding agents, glues or synthetic linings, therefore products can vary slightly. Our talented seamstresses put a lot of love and care into our filled bedding range, to ensure you receive a quality product that we hope will help to give you a restful night’s sleep, night after night.
Found a problem?
We will have checked your Devon Duvets product before sending it to you. However, should you find any issues with it once it has arrived with you, please do contact us and we will help you. If you find any faults that are covered under our 5 Year Guarantee, we are able to accept a return and will remedy for you in accordance with our guarantee. Full terms and conditions of our guarantee can be found here on the relevant tab on this page.
If your product is not faulty, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, providing the items have not been used, are still in their original packaging and are in excellent conditon. Please ensure you provide proof of purchase with your return and our quality controller will identify your order, inspect the returned item and consult with our Customer Service Team who will contact you after inspection.
We do not offer a ‘try before you buy’ service and therefore any item you receive from us will never have been used. We are sure you will understand, that with bedding items, for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for items that have been used, unless they fall under the terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee.

Handling of your return
Upon receipt of your return, the package will be contained in a secure space and left unopened for 72 hours, in line with our workshop hygiene and safety protocols introduced due to COVID-19. The package will then be opened, identified from the proof of purchase and undergo our mandatory Quality Control check before being referred to our Customer Service Team, where a decision will be taken and contact will be made with you. Any refunds agreed will be made via the method by which the product was paid for.

To refresh your pillow, unfold and hang up to air when you change your bedlinen. If a deeper clean is required, unfold the pillow and machine wash on a 30 degrees wool cycle, using a detergent specifically created for wool. Use a gentle spin cycle then take immediately out of the machine. Gently reshape and hang up to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
