100% traceable British wool mattress topper by Devon Duvets.

Naturally keeps you cool in Summer, warm in Winter. Helping you achieve a more restful sleep.

Suitable for all mattresses. Especially, those that radiate heat back up into the body, for instance some types of memory foam mattresses. Disperses body heat, spreading it before it penetrates a heat reflecting mattress.

Broad elasticated straps on corners. Flexibility for differing depths of mattress.

Hypoallergenic, resists dust mites. As a result helping to relieve symptoms of allergies and asthma.

Luxurious 100% brushed cotton casing surrounds wool filling.

Wool is hand teased, needled and then carefully stitched into casing. Creates a soft feel and higher resistance to sliding on your mattress. Does not require shaking and does not clump.

Handcrafted by our seamstresses in our Devon workshops, then hand folded and placed into reusable packaging.

Please note:

• Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.
• We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri). However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

Please also note that there are some areas within the UK where delivery can take longer than the times indicated in the above options. These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Shetland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.

Should the need arise, we reserve the right to select our carriers and /or third-party delivery services at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery of our products. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to service quality and efficiency.

We do not currently dispatch to addresses outside of the UK.

We are a small family business that individually handcrafts each and every one of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers.  All the materials used are 100% natural and we do not use bonding agents, glues or synthetic linings, therefore products can vary slightly. Our talented seamstresses put a lot of love and care into our filled bedding range, to ensure you receive a quality product that we hope will help to give you a restful night’s sleep, night after night.

Found a problem?

We will have checked your Devon Duvets product before sending it to you.  However, should you find any issues with it once it has arrived with you, please do contact us and we will help you.  If you find any faults that are covered under our 5 Year Guarantee, we are able to accept a return and will remedy for you in accordance with our guarantee.  Full terms and conditions of our guarantee can be found here on the relevant tab on this page.

If your product is not faulty, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, providing the items have not been used, are still in their original packaging and are in excellent conditon.  Please ensure you provide proof of purchase with your return and our quality controller will identify your order, inspect the returned item and consult with our Customer Service Team who will contact you after inspection.

We do not offer a ‘try before you buy’ service and therefore any item you receive from us will never have been used.  We are sure you will understand, that with bedding items, for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for items that have been used, unless they fall under the terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee.

Handling of your return

Upon receipt of your return, the package will be contained in a secure space and left unopened for 72 hours, in line with our workshop hygiene and safety protocols introduced due to COVID-19.  The package will then be opened, identified from the proof of purchase and undergo our mandatory Quality Control check before being referred to our Customer Service Team, where a decision will be taken and contact will be made with you.  Any refunds agreed will be made via the method by which the product was paid for.

Turn your mattress topper regularly on the bed and use both sides.

To keep fresh, simply hang outside to air.

Any areas requiring more attention can be spot cleaned.
