Peter Christian is owned by wife and husband duo, Miranda and Nick Alderton. Between them they have over 70 years of experience in the menswear industry.
They are purveyors of fine gentlemen’s clothing, a family tradition that spans generations. And are based in the medieval English village of Partridge Green, which overlooks the beautiful South Downs National Park.
FAMILY HERTIAGE
Nick’s family is steeped in menswear heritage dating back to 1860. Where his grandfather ran Aldertons the Tailors, a successful London outfitters specialising in hunting tweeds, military uniforms and plus fours. Until all eight shops went up in smoke one fateful night during the Blitz of the Second World War.
