Products are made to order so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All orders come with free delivery.

RETURNS

It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, please return your item within 28 days of receipt. Provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging we will be able to refund your purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns that have been used or damaged, or purchases that are outside our returns period.

We will be happy to make a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed online. Please return your item/s by post and place a new order.

For courier or post returns, please ensure you enclose your delivery note and highlight the items you are returning.
