“It’s Not That Deep” is an artisan made, circular storage basket. Woven using traditional techniques from authentic Welsh Mountain Wool rope and British grown willow. By The Woollen Cwtch Company

Handwoven in the Heart of Wales surrounded by the mountain ranges where the wool is grown.

Measuring 25cm deep x  37 cm  at its widest point (through the middle). Base and opening measure 33cm.

Please note this is a handmade product and there may be slight variations in sizing due to the use of natural materials.

We do endeavour to keep these items in stock, however please allow up to 14 days for your basket to ship.

These baskets are made with great care by hand and the willow used can take up to ten days to prepare for weaving.

Exceptions: Please contact us for single orders of over five baskets or if you require your item sooner and we shall be happy to confirm our next available shipping dates.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item or request a refund for any reason you have 14 days to contact us from delivery. Return and exchange items must be shipped within 28 days of delivery.

If you have any issues with your order please do contact us. We are unable to accept cancellations made after 12 hours of purchase or if shipping has already occurred for expedited orders. All cancelations must be made in writing and may incur a transaction fee to cover any banking charges.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and must ensure items are suitably insured to cover their full retail value and fully tracked. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
