There is an art to felting that can lead to slight variations to the finished size. Each individual piece has its own charm!

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Once dispatched, your item will arrive within the approximate timescales.
We currently only ship to the UK.
Returns
Returns and Refunds
Items purchased on soulnature.uk are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unused in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free, and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
Care Guide
Wool is a naturally repellent fibre. Just like your favourite wool blanket washing your pet bed shouldn’t be necessary.
If it needs a refresh, simply give it a good shake, vacuum or soft brush. Your soul nature products will benefit greatly from being outside on a sunny day, as UV light is a natural cleaner.
We recommend you try to air them at least once a year.
We do not recommend that you wash your pet bed. If necessary, spot clean with mild detergent and warm water.
