The new Collection of Chilcott A true triumph in British wool craftsmanship – this 100% Bluefaced Leicester blanket is wonderfully soft, with a natural lustre that highlights the beauty of this exceptional fleece. Woven with a thicker ply, similar to our Double-Weight Herringbone Blankets, it offers both elegance and substance – a timeless classic made to last.
The wool is spun and dyed exclusively for us in the Yorkshire Dales, then woven in a small, family-run mill in the same region, reflecting the very best of British design and heritage.
To complete the experience, each blanket comes with a bag of fresh Chilcott lavender, grown on our farm in the Brecon Beacons. The bag is attached with a hand-turned Welsh oak button, crafted by a local wood sculptor working from her studio on the banks of the River Usk. When your lavender bag begins to fade, simply return it to us and we’ll refill it for free – a lasting touch of care to keep your blanket beautifully fragranced for years to come.

Packaging Boxes Statement
We are very proud of our sustainable packaging and want to share how we are working hard to tread lightly with sourcing our postal packaging in a sustainable way. We use environmentally friendly Eco Flo which is a natural packaging material, 100% biodegradable, fully compostable, and manufactured from annually renewable sources.
The tissue paper and boxes are FSC sourced and all our paper labels are printed locally on FSC paper with natural rubber adhesive. Even our tape is 100% recyclable, so there is no need to separate from the carton!
We then use our very local post office for delivery and a brilliant service!
If you change your mind (order cancellation):
Once you have received your products from Chilcott, you have seven calendar days to change your mind. We want to make sure you are completely happy with our products. Should you be unhappy in any way with the product, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund. You must do this either by email, or in writing (see Contact Us). Once your cancellation request has been received, your refund will be processed. Refunds are typically processed within a couple of days. At the latest your refund will be processed within 28 days of receiving your order cancellation request. The refund will be a full refund including the cost of shipping.
Returning products after order cancellation:
You have the option of returning the goods to us, at your cost. If you choose for us to pick up the goods, any costs we incur in doing so will be deducted from the amount of the refund. It is your responsibility to keep the goods in saleable condition.
What to do if you receive a defective or faulty product:
This should never happen, but if you do receive a product from us that is faulty or defective, you have the option of either a replacement at no extra cost, or a no questions asked refund including the cost of shipping. Let us know which you prefer (see Contact Us). Either way we will send you a prepaid mailer in which to return the faulty product to us.
