A cut and loop, 100% undyed British wool rug designed by Agnella.

A traditional Damask style pattern, Mirem, is the perfect balance between Traditional and Contemporary.

The dual coloured pattern is defined with a multi level pile.

The rugs in this range are woven with undyed British wool, eliminating the dying process allows us to save energy and water making the manufacturing processes more environmentally friendly.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt please contact us by email stating your name, address and order number using the email below.

Please repack the item securely for transport using the original packaging if possible.

Goods returned must be  returned in its original state.

A charge of £50 will be applied for goods being returned for reasons other than accepted manufacturing faults.

FAULTY GOODS

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt and report any damage of faults in writing to us within 2 days of receiving the goods using the email below.  Please provide details of the complaint – in particular, the date of purchase of the goods, proof of purchase and the type of defect.
