In support of Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day

Get your crayons, pencils, and glitter ready – Shaun the Sheep, Christmas Jumper Day’s official Head of Wool, is on a mission to find the woolliest, most wonderful Christmas jumper design in the UK!

This year marks 30 years since Shaun the Sheep first appeared on our screens wearing his iconic knitted jumper in Wallace and Gromit’s: A Close Shave, and this competition will be the first time Shaun has ever changed his jumper design – all for a woolly worthy cause.

To celebrate this milestone, British Wool have launched a festive competition for primary school aged children (between 5 and 11 years old) across mainland UK to design Shaun the Sheep’s Christmas jumper for Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day. The winning design will be transformed into a real Christmas jumper – with all profits from sales going to Save the Children to help children in the UK and across the world get the food, healthcare and education they need.
