The Baavet wool filled pillow just got even better. Our pillows are filled with tiny wool balls that give outstanding head and neck support. And now they come in a zipped percale cotton cover that can be removed and washed on a hot cycle, and tumble dried. The zip also lets you get at the wool so that it can be fluffed up thoroughly whenever needed.

Filling

With two different fill levels, there’s a Baavet wool filled pillow to suit everyone.

MEDIUM fill pillow is a great all rounder, suitable for back or side sleepers

FIRM fill pillow is ideal for those that like a higher pillow with a little less give.

If you’re not sure which pillow will suit you don’t worry. With the new zipped opening you can easily add or remove wool to suit your needs.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the unlikely event of goods not being delivered within 7 working days from the dispatch date, customers should advise us. We will make every effort to locate the goods and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense, or provide a full refund.

If the goods arrive damaged in any way, customers should contact us within 3 working days of receipt and return the goods within 7 working days. We will send a replacement upon confirmation that the damaged goods have been returned.

Risk of loss and damage of goods passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.

Try it for 30 days and if you don’t like it, you can send it back!!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order for up to thirty working days, starting on the day after the goods were received. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Please note – A Bundle is considered a single item order, we will not accept partial returns on any bundle orders.

If you have opened any boxes to examine the goods this must have been done without damaging the contents in any way. We reserve the right to refuse all returns which fall outside these requirements.

For all returns, except where the goods display a manufactures fault or faults, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of goods to us.

If you return the whole order, where the goods are not faulty, we will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.

Faulty goods returned to us will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the goods to you; and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us. For this we will require a receipt of postage.

Please take care to read goods care information labels, as we will not give a refund for, or exchange, goods that have been damaged when cleaning, ironing or in the wash if goods care instructions have not been adhered to.

If exchanging goods, and the new goods you require costs less than those you have returned, we will refund to you the difference. If exchanging goods, and the new goods you require costs more than those you have returned, you will be required to pay the difference.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us within the thirty-day period, of your decision to cancel, and include your order reference. Such cancellation must be either:

If you cancel your order in accordance with this section, your payment for the order will be refunded in full within 30 days.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods must be returned and accepted by us within ten working days of the order cancellation.  We reserve the right to refuse goods that are returned outside of this period.

Making Returns

When returning goods, please package the goods in the original packaging.

If the goods are faulty, please state clearly what the fault is and try to package the goods so that it can be seen. Pack the goods securely in a parcel, enclose the returns note and send back to: Baavet Cyf. High Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd. LL49 9NU.

Any goods that have not been packed correctly and have been damaged on return cannot be exchanged or a refund given.

The Baavet wool filled pillow will benefit greatly from a daily fluffing up. We recommend you fluff up the pillow by tapping all around the outside edge of the pillow using flat open palms, this will help to keep the wool balls separated and keep the pillow full of air. Occasionally empty the wool from your pillow into a bag or container before washing the outer cover only. Fluff the loose wool thoroughly before refilling the cover.

The British Bed Federation recommends replacing your pillows every 18-24 months. This is due to the build up of allergens such as dust mite droppings, mould spores and bacteria in a standard synthetic or feather pillow. In our wool filled pillow the allergens are greatly reduced as wool is an inhospitable environment for allergen production. So sleep easy knowing your wool pillow is clean and fresh.
